Adult Education
Adults can either complete or just study part of the qualifications.
There are four different ways to do this:
- In-service training (short-term training for company purposes)
- Apprenticeship training (can lead to basic, further or specialist qualifications)
- Competence–based qualifications (can be earned by demonstrating that the knowledge has been learned by doing)
- Labor market training (intended for persons who are either unemployed, in danger of losing their jobs or who may be excluded from the labor market)
